Stacey has devoted much of her time to building a fulfilling career working with families, children and adolescents. Her approach to therapy is integrative in nature. Stacey brings together both person-centered and cognitive therapies to help clients better understand their strengths, and enable them to implement solutions, and to improve the stability and happiness within the family and or relationship.
Stacey earned her first Masters degree at the University of Toronto in Developmental Psychology and Human Development. Additionally she earned a second masters degree from Yorkville University in the field of Counselling Psychology. She has worked closely with children, adolescents and their families both in home and school settings. Stacey's private practice is geared to help families and couples maintain healthy and positive relationships, as well as to create a foundation for positive coping and expression.
Stacey is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She holds membership with the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC). Stacey also received her certification as a Clinical Trauma Professional through the International Association of Trauma Professionals.
